New to Pilates?
If you are new to Pilates, don’t worry — our instructors will guide you through the fundamentals. Your first session will focus on: • Understanding the basic Pilates principles • Learning correct alignment and posture • Moving at a comfortable pace Our aim is to make your introduction to Pilates safe, supportive, and enjoyable.

Skyline Pilates is a professional Pilates studio located in St Michael’s, Tenterden offering professionally taught Mat and Reformer group and private Pilates classes.
