Terms & Conditions
By booking, purchasing, or attending any class, course, private session, or duet session with Skyline Pilates Ltd (“the Company”), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to the following Terms & Conditions.
1. Memberships & Payments
1.1 Membership Structure
All memberships are sold in structured 6-week blocks. Each membership:
- Secures one allocated class per week
- Is tied to a specific day and time
- Guarantees your place for the duration of that block
Your place is reserved exclusively for you and cannot be shared, transferred, reassigned, or used by another individual.
Additional Class Allocation
Clients may request to secure more than one allocated class per week within the same 6-week block, subject to class availability and approval by Skyline Pilates Ltd. Where approved, each additional class will be treated as a separate reserved booking and charged accordingly.
Skyline Pilates Ltd reserves the right to approve or decline requests for additional classes. Approval is not guaranteed and may be withdrawn where necessary to maintain fair access for all clients.
1.2 Payment Terms
- Full payment must be made in advance prior to the start of the block.
- Your place is not confirmed until payment is received.
- Failure to pay will result in loss of your reserved space and inability to attend sessions.
1.3 Non-Transferable & Non-Refundable
- Memberships cannot be transferred to another person.
- Memberships cannot be shared or resold.
All memberships are strictly non-refundable, including (but not limited to): change of circumstances, illness, scheduling conflicts, or personal preference.
1.4 Missed Classes
If you fail to attend a scheduled class, the session is considered used in full. It cannot be rescheduled, refunded, or carried forward.
This ensures fairness across all clients and protects the structured timetable and limited class capacity.

Private and duet sessions are offered separately from group memberships and are subject to instructor and studio availability.
- Private Sessions — £65 per session. Payment must be made in advance unless otherwise agreed.
